Zero point clamping system "Wechsel-Fix"

With the zero point clamping system, you can switch between different machines in no time at all. The base plate is attached to the Z-axis. The tool carrier is attached to the respective tool that is to be mounted on the Z-axis. Via a dovetail guide, the tool carrier can now be inserted into the base plate on the Z-axis and fixed. The wedge connection keeps the respective unit stable and repeatable on the Z-axis. This means that quick changes from milling cutter to 3D print head or laser head are possible at any time.
