According to accident prevention regulations, the proper condition of all machines and equipment in operation must be ensured. For this purpose, the safety officer determines individual inspection intervals depending on the area of ​​application and frequency of use of the equipment. Should we find that additional repairs are necessary, we will clarify the resulting costs with you and then carry out the professional repair immediately. Exemption from DGUV V3 inspection for new machines. The electrical machines we place on the market comply with the relevant EU directives and applicable EN standards. Conformity can be seen on each device via the CE marking and confirmed by the declaration of conformity in the operating instructions. Since the EC directives have been transposed into national law in the EU member states, and the relevant standards are thereby included, the devices also comply with the German Ordinance on Equipment and Product Safety. DGUV V3 regulates the periodic inspections that ensure the safety-related quality as delivered is still maintained after a certain period of use.
This confirmation, in conjunction with the aforementioned points, exempts the operator from having to inspect, or have inspected, a device received undamaged before its initial commissioning in accordance with DGUV V3. The operator only needs to document the initial commissioning and subsequently carry out, or have carried out, a DGUV V3 inspection according to their established inspection schedule.
