Description
Genuine professional quality from Rego-Fix. Each ER20 collet features a laser-etched triangle, making it unique. These collets are incomparable to simple copies from far away and ensure optimal concentricity and repeatability.
The ER20 chuck is a further development of the standard collet system. The distribution of clamping forces is significantly more even and precise, resulting in higher concentricity and repeatability.
High concentricity of the tool is always characterized by the perfect interplay of the angle and surface of the collet chuck in the milling motor, the collet nut and the collet itself.
Often, cheap collets are chosen, which have poor angular and surface tolerances. High-quality concentricity is therefore impossible, despite advertising claims of a runout tolerance of only a few millimeters.
When using the AMB system of milling motor, collet and union nut, the system runout tolerance, measured at a distance of 20mm from the union nut, is max. 0.03 mm.
