Pneumatic control
Description
The pneumatic control allows the tools of the 1050 FME-W tool changer to be conveniently clamped and unclamped even without an integrated gantry connection. Two Festo 2/3-way manual valves are integrated. One is used to switch between clamping/unclamping and taper cleaning. The other is used to trigger the respective function. The movement of the tool changer's ejector piston is achieved by repeatedly pressing the button in ejector mode.
Housed in a robust, brushed aluminum casing, this useful accessory can be attached to any milling machine.
