Powerful 530-watt universal motor for 110V with speed control – extremely robust and optimized for a wide range of applications: For use in, for example, CNC portals (routers), routers, milling jigs, drill stands, and applications with flexible shafts. Slim, weight-optimized design for optimal handling. Stainless steel motor flange with double bearings for higher milling forces – 43 mm diameter mounting, so-called "Eurobund". Easy cutter changes – quick and simple thanks to the spindle lock. The electronics are perfectly protected against dust and external influences by complete potting for a longer service life – in contrast, other manufacturers often use unprotected electronics. Original carbon brushes made in Germany – with integrated cut-off. This prevents damage to the commutator when the brushes are worn. Additional silicone pads between the brushes and the pressure spring ensure long service life through vibration damping. The collet chuck is the same as the original Kress collet chuck for standard collets – compatible with almost all manufacturers. Lightweight at only 1.3 kg. Exceptionally slim design for minimal installation space and ergonomically comfortable handling when used freely, e.g., as a straight grinder.
