The electronics are perfectly protected against dust and external influences by complete potting – in comparison, other manufacturers often use unprotected electronics with a shorter lifespan. Electronic thermal overload protection prevents overheating. Original carbon brushes made in Germany – with integrated cut-off. This prevents damage to the commutator when the brushes are worn. Additional silicone pads between the carbon brush and pressure spring ensure a long service life through vibration damping.
